Mélissa’s muziek valt in de genres roots / soul / blues / pop. Haar stijl doet me ergens wel denken aan Santigold, met een vleugje Selah Sue. Ze komt uit Canada en is volgens mij nog niet echt groot doorgebroken, jammer want ik zou haar best live willen zien!
