Vandaag een nails of the week, plus tutorial. Het is niet moeilijk, maar het effect erg leuk!
Voor deze nagellook heb je twee kleuren nagellak nodig; een lichte en een donkere. En schilderstape. Veel mensen gebruiken gewoon plakband voor dit soort dingen, maar ik vind schilderstape handiger. Het is immers ook bedoeld om dingen mee af te plakken.
Allereerst lak je je nagels in de lichte kleur. Ik heb Essie Maximillian strasse her gebruikt.
Daarna plak je elke nagel diagonaal af met een stukje tape.
Vervolgens lak je het onafgeplakte deel van je nagel in de donkere kleur. Het is belangrijk dat de donkere kleur in een keer dekt. Een paar seconden wachten en dan voorzichtig het stukje tape eraf trekken. Doe het nagel voor nagel. Als de nagellak opdroogt, loop je het gevaar dat je het stuk trekt.
En dit is het resultaat!
De donkere nagellak die ik heb gebruikt is Essie Midnight Cami.

Wat een handige tip, schilderstape! Ik heb het een keer met gewoon plakband geprobeerd, maar dan trek je alles weer stuk. Wat ik ook veel zie, is Magic Tape. Dat is niet standaard plakband, maar dat wat wittere plakband. Heb even geen betere uitleg haha. Ik ga jullie trouwens volgen :-D
